The Council proposes to amend parking provisions in Upper Edmonton to replace physical pay-and-display machines with cashless electronic parking. A 30-minute free parking session is introduced, and new tariffs are set: £3.30 for 1 hour, £6.50 for 2 hours, £8.00 for 3 hours, and £9.00 for 4 hours.
